We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please ensure that your request is initiated within this time frame to avoid rejection.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, kindly follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Details
    Include your Order ID, along with the registered email address or phone number used during purchase.
  3. Specify the Reason
    Clearly mention the reason for exchange (e.g., size issue, damaged item, incorrect product received).
  4. Attach Supporting Images
    In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

This helps us verify your request quickly and efficiently.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product should be in its original condition without any damage caused after delivery
  • Exchange requests must be made within the specified 7-day window

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or altered items (if applicable)
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
  • Depending on availability, the requested product will be exchanged with the correct size or item.
  • In case the desired product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Exchange processing may take 3–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
  • Customers are advised to securely pack the item to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Gulaal Jaipur reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
